Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of GoSubLink, accessible at gosublink.com. By using this service, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this service if you disagree with any of these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

GoSubLink is a white-label platform for GoHighLevel (GHL) agencies. It provides custom branded domains, SSL certificates, Cloudflare CDN routing, and optional AI bot dashboard embedding for GHL sub-accounts.

Account Registration

To use GoSubLink, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

GoHighLevel Integration

GoSubLink integrates with GoHighLevel via OAuth. By connecting your GHL account, you authorize GoSubLink to:

  • Read your location and sub-account information
  • Create and manage custom menu links in your GHL account
  • Read company information for branding purposes

You may revoke this access at any time through your GoSubLink settings or your GoHighLevel account.

Subscription and Payments

GoSubLink offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the end of the billing period

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Domains

GoSubLink provisions custom domains and SSL certificates via Cloudflare on your behalf. You are responsible for:

  • Owning or having authorization to use the domains you configure
  • Configuring DNS records as instructed
  • Ensuring your domain usage complies with applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoSubLink to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

GoSubLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoSubLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your brand assets (logos, favicons, domain names) remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

GoSubLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall GoSubLink, its officers, directors, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

GoSubLink is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party services including GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Stripe, or CloseBot.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

Changes to Terms

GoSubLink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the resolution of any disputes.
